More and more women are now joining the pay labor force worldly. They represent a workforce in all the sectors which are expanding as the result of globalization and trade liberalization – the informal sector, included subcontracting; export processing or free trade zones; home working and the “flexible”, part-time, temporary, lowly-paid labor force.
